Jennifer Tan, CPHR


Being a CPHR is a good way of keeping oneself at par with HR counterparts across the globe using an internationally-accredited standard. I truly enjoyed the lively and thought-provoking discussions at our assembly. It was good to learn different practices and perspectives. I like that there was also an emphasis on how critical it is that HR practitioners understand not just the people but also the business. The CPHR gives me the boost I need to strengthen my knowledge of strategic HR and be able to apply it in a real-life setting.
