Having several years of experience in HR is not enough. We could only achieve excellence by continuously attending training to fully equip ourselves with the knowledge and latest strategies in human resources. CPHR was the most excellent program having a great opportunity to meet colleagues in the HR practice, learn from their experiences, and apply the best practices in the industry. It further improves my level of confidence to execute the HR function with a high degree of professionalism and expertise. Obtaining a CPHR certification is really something to be proud of.
