International HR Institute is looking for Global Training Partner / Certification Program Facilitator with strong knowledge and experience as in the field of HR Business Partnership and Organizational Development to conduct certification programs on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate must have at least ten (10) years of HR/management experience with at least five (5) years managing or leading HR Business Partners or Organizational Development.
Must be a Filipino and able to effectively conduct online or in-person training programs typically lasting to 2-3 full days monthly.
Experience facilitating online and/or in-person training programs required.
There is a strong preference for professionals with a CPHR or CLDP certification acquired through International HR Institute.
