In a landmark collaboration aimed at strengthening the bridge between academic learning and professional excellence, CPHR International Management Academy has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Rizal Technological University (RTU) on August 1, 2025.

Through this partnership, CPHR International will administer the Associate Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (aCPHR) certification to RTU students—empowering them with globally aligned HR competencies and practical insights essential for succeeding in today’s dynamic workplace.
