The Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (CPHR) Program achieved another milestone with the successful conduct of its first-ever public run in Cebu, held at the Waterfront Hotel Cebu City. The event gathered HR practitioners and professionals from across the Visayas region for two days of in-depth learning and knowledge exchange.
Participants explored 13 comprehensive modules covering strategic, operational, and analytical dimensions of human resource management. They also engaged with real-life business cases, applying HR principles to practical workplace scenarios to enhance strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
The Cebu run marked an important step in extending the reach of the CPHR Program beyond Metro Manila, contributing to the elevation of HR practice across the Visayas. By hosting the program in the region, CPHR International aims to make globally recognized HR development opportunities more accessible to provincial practitioners and organizations seeking to strengthen their people management capabilities.
Facilitators emphasized the importance of adaptability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making in addressing the evolving challenges of modern people management. The session also served as a venue for networking, collaboration, and professional growth among HR leaders and practitioners in the Visayas region.
The successful public run in Cebu reflects CPHR International’s continued commitment to advancing professional excellence and strengthening the HR community nationwide.
