Marcela has trained leaders worldwide and received recognition, being a top finalist for various awards in Slovakia. Her expertise includes Training & Development Management, Leadership program creation, Coaching, Mentoring, and more. Marcela also has diverse experience in crisis support, well-being, diversity, and inclusion, among other areas.

Dr. Sonal has over 20 years of experience in IT services and technology, including 8 years internationally. She has held roles like Training Manager and Academic Head, and is skilled in Java, Oracle, XML, and DOT NET. Currently, she serves as Vice President – Enterprise Technology Learning at Mastercard. With a diverse background, she has worked in various domains globally. In Singapore, Dr. Sonal managed roles such as Vice President of Learning, Director of Enterprise Learning and Development, and Head of Academic Partner Alliances.

Vaclav Koranda is the Vice President of Human Resources and a Board Member at T-Systems Malaysia. He became an HR Director at the age of 27 and has since held various executive roles industry. With regional responsibilities in Central/Eastern Europe, he previously served as VP HR at T-Systems Czech Republic. Vaclav holds a Master’s Degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from Charle’s University in Prague and is certified in PRINCE2, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management and the Organisation Development Network Malaysia. In 2018, he received the “CHRO of the Year” award in India, and in 2019, he was recognized as one of the “101 Global HR Heroes” by the World HRD Congress and received the HR Leader 2019 award from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.
